ENAR is certified with the new version ISO9001:2015

Since 2002 ENAR has been certifying its quality management system with the standard ISO9001. Improving our quality as a company day by day.

A cornerstone of ENAR is quality as a company; this is why ENAR has renewed the certification of our  QMS ( Quality Management System) according to the new version of the standard ISO9001:2015 with the scope: “The design, the development, the production and the after-sales service of  concrete vibrators, paving machines and tools and light compaction machines”.

In ENAR the commitment was made to certify its QMS according to standard ISO9001 in the year 2000, obtaining our first certification in the year 2002.

Since then we have developed our QMS, incorporating both new quality requirements and the new legal and regulatory requirements of each era.

The new 2015 version goes a step further in the QMS.

Customer focus

In ENAR we carry out all our activities focusing on the customer: “customer-centric”.

To this end, we want to anticipate the requirements of the customers, through the innovation of product and of processes.

We incorporate the latest technology in our new products, such as  BOXEL. We develop innovation in processes to give better customer service and adaptation to their needs. This focus on the customer is the basis for the quality policy of ENAR and we work for the improvement of their satisfaction.

Continuous improvement.

The new version ISO9001 goes further in improvement through the identification of all risks and opportunities, both internal and external.  

Our quality management system gives us continuous information of all our processes, warning us when there is a deviation, and in this way, measures for correction and improvement can be adopted continuously and quickly.  

Other principles.

The other principles are no less important, such as people’s commitment, basic for the generation of value in the organization, focus on processes, leadership and management of relations.

For ENAR customer feedback is very important; in this way, we can know that our QMS fulfils the final objective of customer satisfaction.
